Shift: Day Shift, Full Time positions available Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Performs daily job ticket function for Page 1 Printers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicating with the customers, sales and staff daily.
  • Assist other customer service staff when needed.
  • Obtain all details needed to effectively and accurately produce job tickets.
  • Responsible for communicating all details of a job to the production staff via the job ticket.
  • Answer phone calls when asked to help by others.
  • Maintain an updated schedule of jobs for both the web and sheetfed presses.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries for jobs.
  • Handle mailing details for jobs.
  • Handle mailing details for jobs.
  • Make follow up calls regarding finished jobs.
  • Organize and keep track of inserts that will be inserting into jobs.

Qualifications

  • Education and /or Experience
    Related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience helpful, but will train.
  • Language Skills
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Mathematical Skills
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Reasoning Ability
    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Computer Skills
    To perform this job successfully, helpful for an individual to have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Monarch Accounting software; Monarch Inventory software; Monarch Manufacturing software; Monarch Planner; Microsoft Internet Explorer software, will train.
