Job Summary

Supervise, maintain and organize the warehouse. Also stage, load and unload finished product and raw materials, and make deliveries to local vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes or pallets; placing orders in the delivery area.
  • Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors.
  • Operator will help the loading and unloading of Page1 Printers trucks in a timely manner.
  • Operator will deliver product with friendly and profession attitude and manner.
  • Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements; arranging for repairs.
  • Maintains inventory controls by unloading receivables, scanning and organizing the stock, and delivering the proper paper work to the front office.
  • Employee will operate within standard operating procedures and job safety.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Completes reports by entering required information.
  • Operator will notifying managers if any issue or materials needed in the warehouse.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Driver is responsible for the loading and unloading of his truck, cleaning out the truck after every trip.
  • Driver must arrive on scheduled time to the plant to leave with truck load.
  • Driver will complete log book for each trip.
  • Driver will deliver product with friendly and profession attitude and manner.
  • Driver must refuel after each trip and check fluid levels, wash the windshield before shift ends.
  • Driver responsibility is to maintain equipment, and complete pre-trip truck check.
  • Driver will operate within standard operating procedures and job safety.
  • Driver must operate and maintain trucks, notifying managers if any service is needed, or forms not in book.
  • Driver must report in writing anything that goes wrong on the routes.
  • Driver will clean and maintain inside of truck cab before end of shift.

Preferred Skills

As a candidate for this position you must be able to:

  • Class A Driver’s License & Current Medical Card.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must have the experience and the ability to supervise truck drivers and warehouse employees.
  • Must have the ability to drive a forklift.
  • Must have the knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building maintenance.
  • Have knowledge of GPS and Fleet Matics software.
  • Meet attendance requirements.
  • Successfully pass drug-screen and background check.
  • Supervises warehouse operator and truck drivers.
